Maysa has been working with innovation and intellectual property for over 15 years, defining strategies for protecting intellectual property rights in Brazil and abroad, carrying out intellectual property agreements and business strategies related to such rights.

Her experience includes working with open innovation, risk analysis involving violation of third-party rights, strategies for protecting new developments, privacy, and data protection (including projects to comply with the General Data Protection Law – LGPD).

Maysa has been dedicated to the startup and entrepreneurship ecosystem since 2014. She has worked in large law firms and in companies, was responsible for the intellectual property portfolio of the largest Brazilian cosmetics company.

At the firm, Maysa coordinates the Intellectual Property and Contracts areas and is part of the “DPO as a Service” team.
